Or are you prioritising the big projects that are more challenging to get to, but drive impact and growth?

Here’s a small exercise for you to try: Open up your calendar and take a look at how much time you are spending on tasks that get you that promotion versus tasks that keep the lights on.

Be honest and kind to yourself within your assessment and make those changes today.
