Careers&Things is back and ready to continue on our mission to support entry to mid-level professionals to switch into and thrive in digital technologies-enabled roles.

I spent my holidays resting, reflecting, and getting inspired for the year ahead. 2022 was an incredibly challenging yet rewarding year for me. I learned some valuable lessons that I want to take forward this year with intentionality and optimism. As always, I've set intentions for the Careers&Things in 2023 that I'd like to share.

Yup..we have a 'permanent home'!

We're excited to share that our website is live and ready for you to engage with. The newsletter is a fantastic tool to reach you; however, we need more room to share exciting content with you in 2023. So, expect to see our content on the website instead and the newsletter format changing slightly to accommodate this. Please be patient with us while we find our new flow.

We're continuing our podcasting journey in 2023!

We officially launched our podcast towards the end of last year and received incredible feedback and encouragement. We'll be bringing you conversations with some of the most talented minds working within Tech in South Africa (& beyond).

I know it’s been a long time coming but it’s finally here….we’re hosting our first webinar in February! I’m both nervous and excited to bring this to you all so I hope you engage and support when we go live. More details will be shared in our upcoming newsletters so stay tuned.
